Site Access
When staff are not on-site, access to your storage container is obtained by way of a key for the locked front gate, an RFID swipe-card to temporarily disable the site's alarm system, and a key for your container's CISA padlock. All three of these items will be issued to you at the start of your rental period.
Access hours
Every day 6:00 to 22:00.
Assistance with heavy items
We do not want to see you struggle and get hurt. Although we do not offer to help load and unload your container, if you want the occasional help then by all means ask.
- We are normally on-site to help with the occasional lift during the normal business hours, if you have a large or awkward item to get in or out of your container.
- Pallet trucks are available and ramps to assist with moving vehicles, trailers up the containers step.
- Forklift truck services are also available to help with loading and unloading containers on the upper levels.
In order to access containers on the upper level, please note that there are stairs and a walkway with railings to negotiate.
