Safe and Easy Access
When staff are not on-site, access to your storage container is obtained by way of a key for the locked front gate, an RFID swipe-card to temporarily disable the site's alarm system, and a key for your container's CISA padlock. All three of these items will be issued to you at the start of your rental period.
Normal access hours
November to March inclusive (winter months):
- Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm.
- Saturday: 10am to 4pm.
- Sunday: 10am to 12 noon.
April to October inclusive (summer months):
- Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm.
- Saturday: 10am to 4pm.
- Sunday: 10am to 12 noon.
We are not open outside of these times, or on Bank Holidays, unless by prior arrangement.
Assistance with heavy items
If you need help moving large, awkwardly shaped or particularly heavy items in and out of your container, we're normally on-site to help during the above detailed hours. Pallet trucks and ramps can be used to assist with moving vehicles, trailers and similar equipment over the container's threshold. Forklift truck services are also available to help with loading and unloading containers on the the upper level (we don't mind helping out with initial or occasional lifting tasks, but regular forklift use may be subject to additional fees). In order to access containers on the upper level, please note that there are stairs and a walkway with railings to negotiate.
