Safe and Easy Access

When staff are not on-site, access to your storage container is obtained by way of a key for the locked front gate, an RFID swipe-card to temporarily disable the site's alarm system, and a key for your container's CISA padlock. All three of these items will be issued to you at the start of your rental period.

Normal access hours

You will have a key to open the site and a fob to de-activate the alarm. We will know when the alarm has changed state.

In an emergency  you have 24 hour access. Normal access times are from 6:00am to 22:00pm 7 days a week.

Assistance with heavy items

We are normally on-site during normal working hours, 8:00 to 17:00 Mon-Fri. Pallet trucks and ramps can be used to assist with moving vehicles, trailers and similar equipment over the container's raised threshold. Forklift truck services are also available to help with loading and unloading containers on the upper level. This is free of charge when we are on site for the initial loading and emptying of the container. (Regular forklift use may be subject to additional fees). In order to access containers on the upper level, please note that there are stairs and a walkway with railings to negotiate.
