Insulated and chipboard-lined 6m container with electricity and one power socket. A practical, robust and low-cost workspace for businesses that do not need a fully finished office interior.

£360 + VAT per month (£432 including VAT)
Insulated and plasterboard-lined 6m studio with LED overhead lighting and three power sockets. Suitable for businesses wanting a more finished office or studio environment.

£395 + VAT per month (£474 including VAT)
Our highest specification studio, with a plasterboard-lined interior, external window many overlooking fields, natural light, LED ceiling lighting, three power sockets and your own wash basin with hot water. A more comfortable private studio for businesses wanting facilities normally shared in conventional business centres.
